Vintage Coffee issues warrants to promoters, approves Chairman’s remuneration, and relocates office

Vintage Coffee and Beverages Limited will issue up to 42,00,000 convertible warrants to promoters and a promoter group at a price of Rs 164 per warrant, including a premium of Rs 154, the company said in a filing on Friday. The board also approved a remuneration increase for Chairman and Managing Director Balakrishna Tati to Rs 30,00,000 per month plus a 3.5% commission on net profits, and re-appointed him for a five-year term starting July 16, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company’s registered office will move to Vintage Coffee House, #124, No. 1-80/1/L/124/401, Diamond Hills, Lumbini Avenue, Gachibowli, Hitech City, Hyderabad, effective September 4, 2026.
