Diamant Infrastructure appoints Kamdar and Bang as independent directors through 2031

Diamant Infrastructure Limited announced the board approved the recommendation of Jigar Hasmukhrai Kamdar and Balkisan Satyanarayan Bang as Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective September 29, 2026, subject to member approval at the Annual General Meeting; Kamdar's term will extend until September 28, 2031, and Bang's term will also extend until September 28, 2031.
