Delta Industrial Resources appoints Bhatter & Associates as statutory auditors for five years

Delta Industrial Resources Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Bhatter & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Reg. No. 131411 W), as the company's statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 41st Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 46th Annual General Meeting, subject to member approval. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on September 4, 2026, based on recommendations from the Audit Committee, and M/s. Bhatter & Associates has 15 years of experience in GST Registration Consultants, Income Tax Consultants, Tax Consultants, Accountants etc.
