Caspian Corporate Services re-appointed Sukumar Reddy Garlapati as Managing Director for five years

Caspian Corporate Services Limited announced that its board approved the reappointment of Mr. Sukumar Reddy Garlapati as Managing Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 15th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Vimal Laljibhai Kalaria as an Additional and Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, also pending shareholder approval, and re-appointed M/s. M A A K & Associates as the company’s Statutory Auditor for five consecutive years through the 20th Annual General Meeting in 2031.
