Unison Metals’ board approved annual report items and appointed a scrutinizer

Unison Metals Limited informed the BSE that its Board of Directors approved the draft Director’s Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, the Notice of the 36th Annual General Meeting, and appointed M/s. G R Shah & Associates as Scrutinizer for the meeting. The board also approved related party transactions with Unison Forgings Private Limited and between Chandanpani Limited, a subsidiary of Unison Metals Limited, and Unison Forgings Private Limited, for contract/agreement.
