Creative Eye Limited appoints Vaidya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Creative Eye Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mrs. Kirty Vaidya of M/s. Kirty Vaidya & Associates as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term commencing from the financial year 2026-2027, and M/s. STDJ & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors for the same period, both subject to shareholder approval. The company also appointed Mrs. Vaidya as the scrutinizer for its 40th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 28, 2026.
