Garuda Construction appoints Ketan Vyas & Company as Secretarial Auditors for five years

Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board of directors approved the appointment of Ms. Ketan Vyas & Company, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the company for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from financial year 2026-2027 till financial year 2030-2031, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means.
