Sancode Technologies re-appointed Mihir Vora as Managing Director for five years

Sancode Technologies Limited announced that its board approved the company’s director’s report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed Mihir Deepak Vora as Managing Director for five years, effective March 4, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. The board also re-appointed Kush Gupta, Ayushi Mishra, and Sumesh Ashok Mishra as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years each, also pending shareholder approval, and approved remuneration for directors exceeding the managerial remuneration limit as per the Companies Act, 2013. Additionally, the board approved a material Related Party Transaction with Sancode Electronics Private Limited and scheduled the 10th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026.
