Aarti Surfactants sets record date for final dividend of Re. 1 per share

Aarti Surfactants Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that September 22, 2026, has been set as the record date for a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share, representing 10% of the face value of Rs. 10, as recommended by the board on May 9, 2026, with payment expected on or before October 27, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026.
