Olatech Solutions appoints Amrita Singh as director, approves auditors at AGM

Olatech Solutions Ltd. appointed Ms. Amrita Singh as an additional executive director, effective September 4, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, and appointed M/s Manoj Agrawal & co. as statutory auditors for the financial year 2026-27, and for a period from 2026-27 to 2030-31, also subject to shareholder approval. The company’s 12th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 3:30 P.M., and M/s. Nikunj Kanabar & Associates has been appointed as scrutinizer for the AGM voting process.
