Veranda Learning Solutions sees equity shares allotted to Goodday Enterprises LLP

Veranda Learning Solutions Limited announced the allotment of 1,55,763 equity shares to Goodday Enterprises LLP, a non-promoter, following the conversion of an equal number of warrants, for a total consideration of Rs 4,99,99,923. The shares were allotted at an issue price of Rs 321 per share, including a premium of Rs 311 per share, and the company's paid-up share capital increased from 9,63,50,847 equity shares to 9,65,06,610 equity shares.
