Onesource Industries closes securities trading window ahead of September 10 board meeting

Onesource Industries and Ventures Limited, formerly known as Onesource Ideas Venture Limited, informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, their immediate relatives, and their connected persons, from September 4, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of a board meeting scheduled for September 10, 2026.
