Odyssey Corporation Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved a final dividend of Re. 0.05 per equity share, or 1%, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and scheduled the 31st Annual General Meeting for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, via video conferencing. The company also approved the appointment of M/s CLB & Associates as statutory auditors for five years, commencing after the 31st AGM, while noting the completion of tenure of M/s ABN & Co.
