Greenlam Industries acquires 26% stake in Bhadla Minigrid Solar 4 for Rs 20.65 crore

Greenlam Industries Limited announced it has acquired 20,65,001 equity shares, representing 26% of the equity share capital, of Bhadla Minigrid Solar 4 Private Limited, a newly incorporated company in the power sector, for a cash consideration of Rs 2,06,50,010. The acquisition, which does not constitute a related party transaction, is intended to comply with regulatory requirements for captive power plants and will require Long Term Open Access (LTOA) approval for captive consumption of electricity.
