ABC Industries India Limited receives approval for name change from Registrar of Companies

A B Cotspin India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited that it has received approval from the Registrar of Companies for the name change from “A B Cotspin India Limited” to “ABC Industries India Limited,” subject to member and regulatory approvals. The company also announced the reappointment of M/s Jain Sharma & Associate as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, effective September 3, 2026.
