Srestha Finvest's board re-appointed Sitaben S Patel for a 5-year term, pending approval

Srestha Finvest Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India that its board approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Sitaben S Patel as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting, and a proposal for entering into a material related party transaction, also pending shareholder approval.
