Autoline Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026, for the purpose of the company’s 30th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 26, 2026.
