Gaja Alternative Asset Management proposes Rs 0.75 per share dividend for fiscal year 2026

Gaja Alternative Asset Management Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its board of directors recommended a dividend of Rs 0.75 per equity share, representing 15% of the face value of Rs 5 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, to be approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 26, 2026, with a record date of September 19, 2026, and payment expected on or before October 25, 2026.
