AQYLON NEXUS LIMITED, formerly Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited, announced significant board changes on September 3rd, 2026. Mr. Srivatsava Sunkara resigned from his roles as Managing Director and Director, citing personal circumstances and prior commitments, while Mr. Kiran Kumar Inampudi stepped down as Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer for personal and professional reasons. To fill the vacancy, the company appointed Mr. Krunal Shaileshbhai Hapliya as an Additional Independent (Non-Executive) Director for a five-year term, ending September 3rd, 2031. Mr. Hapliya holds a BBA degree and has over four years of experience in administration and management; he has no existing relationships with current directors and is not debarred by SEBI. The resignations and appointment will be disclosed to stock exchanges in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013.
