Vintage Coffee issues warrants, re-appoints Balakrishna Tati, and modifies company objects

Vintage Coffee and Beverages Limited will issue 42,00,000 convertible warrants to promoters and a promoter group at a price of Rs 164 per warrant, including a premium of Rs 154, the company said in a filing. The board also approved a remuneration increase for Chairman and Managing Director Balakrishna Tati to Rs 30,00,000 per month plus a 3.5% commission on net profits, and re-appointed him for a five-year term starting July 16, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company plans to grant up to 30,00,000 options to eligible employees under its “VCBL Employee Stock Options Scheme 2026,” and has modified the objects of a preferential issue and changed its registered office to Vintage Coffee House in Hyderabad.
