Crysdale Industries approved its annual report and recommended Rajiv Gupta’s reappointment

CRYSDALE INDUSTRIES LIMITED, formerly known as Relson India Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended the reappointment of Mr. Rajiv Gupta, who retires by rotation, at the company’s 40th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the company's registered office, with the register of members and share transfer books remaining closed from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026.
