Omnitex Industries appoints Vora & Associates as statutory auditors for five years

Omnitex Industries (India) Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the appointment of M/s. Vora & Associates as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 40th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 45th Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment follows the completion of the tenure of the existing Statutory Auditor, M/s JMT & Associates, and the board meeting was held on September 4, 2026.
