Gulf Lloyds (India) Limited appointed Rishabh Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Gulf Lloyds (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s. Rishabh Shah and Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor for a period of five consecutive years, commencing from financial year 2026-27 till financial year 2030-31, subject to member approval at the company's 12th Annual General Meeting, and appointed Mr. Rishabh Shah of M/s. Rishabh Shah and Associates as the Scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process at the same meeting.
