PG Electroplast appoints B S R & Co. LLP as statutory auditors for five years

PG Electroplast Limited announced that its board approved the appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP as the statutory auditors for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 24th Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval, and also appointed them as auditors for its wholly-owned subsidiary, PG Technoplast Private Limited, for a term of five years, also pending shareholder approval. The company noted the completion of tenure of existing statutory auditors, M/s. S S Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP, for PG Electroplast Limited and M/s. M.S. Barmecha & Co. for PG Technoplast Private Limited.
