Tradeuno’s board re-appointed Sanjeev Goel and nominated Pratiksha Singh as director

Tradeuno approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Goel as director, liable to retire by rotation, at its board meeting held on September 4, 2026, and recommended the appointment of Ms. Pratiksha Singh as an Independent Woman Director for a term of 5 consecutive years, both subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 11th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026.
