Alkofsign Limited’s board re-appointed Samir Shah as Chairman for five years, pending shareholder approval

ALKOSIGN LIMITED announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Samir Narendra Shah as Chairman and Managing Director for a five-year term, effective December 22, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The board also re-appointed Shrenik Kamlesh Shah as a whole-time director, Parshva Vinaykant Doshi, Seema Ashim Jhaveri, and Yogesh Ramgopal Gupta as non-executive independent directors, all for five-year terms also contingent on shareholder approval. The company’s 6th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026, at its registered office in Thane.
