Manba Finance closes trading window ahead of September 22 board meeting

Manba Finance Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India that its trading window for share transactions will be closed from September 4, 2026, until the conclusion of 48 hours following the board meeting on September 22, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
