Vedic Ayurveda secures one-month AGM extension from Mumbai's Registrar of Companies

Vedic Ayurveda Limited, formerly known as KD Leisures Limited, has received approval from the Registrar of Companies (ROC) in Mumbai for a one-month extension to convene its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, allowing the meeting to be held on or before October 31, 2026. The company had initially applied to the ROC for a three-month extension, and the ROC's approval, dated September 3, 2026, follows a board resolution passed on September 1, 2026.
