Him Teknoforge proposes Rs 0.80 per share dividend for fiscal year ending March 2026

Him Teknoforge Limited’s board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 0.80 per equity share of Rs 2 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on September 4, 2026.
