AB Cotspin India Limited will become ABC Industries India Limited, pending shareholder approval

AB Cotspin India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of M/s Jain Sharma & Associate as cost auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and approved a name change from “AB Cotspin India Limited” to “ABC Industries India Limited,” subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, following approval from the Registrar of Companies dated August 27, 2026.
