Source Natural Foods names Tejagna K. Katpitia CFO, effective September 3, 2026

Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Limited appointed Mr. Tejagna K. Katpitia, currently an Executive Director, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective September 3, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of K B Nambiar & Associates as its Statutory Auditors, subject to member approval at the 31st Annual General Meeting, replacing Srinaga & Giridharan, Chartered Accountants. The annual general meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026, and will be held via video conference.
