Frontline Financial Services appoints Manali D & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Frontline Financial Services Limited announced that its board of directors accepted the resignation of Khushbu Trivedi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, effective September 3, 2026, due to pre-existing commitments, and approved the appointment of CS Manali Davda of Manali D & Co. as the new Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting from fiscal year 2026-27, subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed CS Manali Davda as the Scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
