Rajkot Investment Trust Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Prashant Kulshrestha of JKPA & Associates, a Practicing Company Secretary with FCS No. F9769 and COP No. 11986, as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process, as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015, on September 3, 2026.
