Raghuvir Synthetics’ board approved annual report and re-appointed Sunil Agarwal as chairman

Raghuvir Synthetics Limited announced that its board of directors approved the company’s Directors’ Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed Mr. Sunil Raghubirprasad Agarwal as chairman and managing director, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 44th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026. The board also appointed M/s. Anuj Aggarwal & Co. as the company’s Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-2027 and M/s. Jinang Shah & Associates as the scrutinizer for the AGM.
