Apollo Finvest allotted 390 shares under its employee stock option plan, boosting capital

Apollo Finvest (India) Ltd. announced the allotment of 390 equity shares on September 3, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under the Apollo Finvest Employee Stock Option Plan – 2022 (“AFIL-2022”), increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 3,73,26,730 (37,32,673 shares) to Rs 3,73,27,120 (37,32,712 shares).
