Sihora Industries shareholders to e-vote via NSDL portal ahead of the general meeting

Shareholders of Sihora Industries Limited are instructed to utilize www.evoting.nsdl.co.in for e-voting in advance of the upcoming general meeting, requiring a User ID and password for access. Institutional shareholders must submit a Board Resolution or Authority Letter via the e-voting portal or to the Scrutinizer. A virtual meeting will also be accessible through the same website, with advance questions for consideration directed to compliance@sihoragroup.com. The company has announced the appointment of Mr. Chirag Rameshbhai Dhameliya to the board, who, as of March 31, 2026, holds no shares in the company.
