Marg Techno Projects appoints Harsh Chauhan, re-appoints directors, and approves delisting

Marg Techno Projects Limited informed the BSE and MSE that its board approved the appointment of Harsh Chauhan as an additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval, and re-appointed Pankaj Jadhav and Deepa Nair as Independent Directors for a second term, also subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the voluntary delisting of the company's equity shares from the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited, with the shares remaining listed on the BSE. Additionally, the board approved the company’s Directors Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and decided to provide e-voting facilities for the 33rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
