Zinema Media to allot equity shares to creditors of Premier Futsal via preferential issue

ZINEMA MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED will hold a board meeting on September 8, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal to issue and allot up to 24,99,000 Equity Shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to the Unsecured Financial Creditors of Premier Futsal Management Private Limited (PFMPL) via a Preferential Issue on a Private Placement basis, as part of the implementation of a Resolution Plan of PFMPL, in compliance with an order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Division Bench-I, Chennai dated December 19, 2024.
