Veritas shareholders re-appointed Mr. Paresh Merchant as Managing Director for three years

Veritas (India) Limited announced that shareholders at its 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 3, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Paresh V. Merchant as Managing Director for a further term of three years, commencing December 28, 2026. Mr. Merchant, who has over 40 years of experience across diverse industries, is currently a Whole-time Director of Swan Corp Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited.
