Mipco Seamless Rings’ board regularized Shir Sagar Pandey, approved Memorandum alteration

Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the regularization of Mr. Shir Sagar Pandey as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, and approved an alteration of the company’s Memorandum of Association subject to member approval, at a meeting held on September 3, 2026. The board also convened the 46th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, appointed Mrs. Prity Bishwakaram as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process, and noted that the meeting commenced at 6:10 P.M. and concluded at 6:30 P.M.
