Avalon Technologies appoints CG Balaji as Additional Director for a five-year term

Avalon Technologies Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. CG Balaji as an Additional Director (Independent Category) for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The board also re-appointed Mr. Kunhamed Bicha as Chairman & Managing Director for a further five-year period, effective July 12, 2027, and re-appointed Mr. Venkataramani Anantharamakrishnan and Mr. Byas Unnikrishnan Nambisan as Independent Directors for a second five-year term, effective July 7, 2027, and July 19, 2027, respectively, both also subject to shareholder approval.
