Scintilla Commercial & Credit re-appoints Jitendra Kumar Goyal as Managing Director for five years

Scintilla Commercial & Credit Ltd. approved the re-appointment of Jitendra Kumar Goyal as Managing Director for five years, subject to member approval at the company’s 37th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Sushma Budhia as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective September 4, 2026, following the resignation of Priyanka Mohta, effective September 3, 2026. Additionally, the company proposed the appointment of Amalesh Sadhu and Alok Kumar Das as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors, pending approval from the Reserve Bank of India.
