Asgard Alcobev Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. A D V & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 42nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 47th Annual General Meeting in 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
