Ardi Alliance Ltd. announced that its board approved the Director’s Report for the financial year 2025-26 and decided to convene the Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the company’s registered office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The company also appointed Ms. Dharti Patel of M/s. Dharti Patel & Associates as the scrutinizer for the Annual General Meeting, and the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026. Remote e-voting will be available from September 26, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. to September 28, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. for shareholders holding shares as of September 22, 2026.
