Silver Oak (India) appoints Ajay Jalota as Independent Director for five years

Silver Oak (India) Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ajay Jalota as an Independent Director for a term of five years, effective September 29, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company's annual general meeting, and the departure of Mr. Suresh Kejriwal, whose second five-year term concludes September 28, 2026. The company's board also approved the directors' report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, convened the 42nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026, and re-constituted several committees, including the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee, all effective September 29, 2026.
