IST via video conferencing, and re-appointed Mr. Mayur Rajendrabhai Parikh as Executive Director, while also appointing M/s Insiya Nalawala & Associates as Company Secretaries to scrutinize the remote e-voting process and National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as the e-Voting agency.
