Avalon Technologies and Zollner Elektronik form India joint venture, Zollner Avalon Private Limited

Avalon Technologies Limited has entered into a joint venture agreement with Zollner Elektronik AG to establish a manufacturing and services platform in India, called Zollner Avalon Private Limited, with Zollner holding a 51% stake and Avalon 49%. Avalon may have the option to acquire an additional 2% stake, bringing its ownership to 51%, and the joint venture will focus on printed circuit board assembly, box-build, system integration, and related services, initially incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Avalon.
