Superior Finlease Limited will hold a board meeting on September 8, 2026, to consider the appointment of R.C. Agarwal & Co. as the company’s statutory auditor for five financial years from 2025-26 to 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval, as well as the appointment of an internal auditor and the date, time, and mode for the Annual General Meeting.
