Mr. Patel, born July 5, 1961, is slated for reappointment for five years, from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031, a decision supported by the board due to his extensive experience. Mr. Patel holds 7285 shares in the company and serves as a director in several related entities. Related parties are excluded from voting on the RPT resolution, and Mr. Kiran Patel and Mr. Shailesh Patel are considered interested parties in both matters.
