Shashijit Infrprojects appoints scrutinizer, e-voting agency ahead of September meeting

Shashijit Infrprojects Limited announced that its board approved the Board’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, appointed Mr. Nitesh P. Shah as the scrutinizer for the 19th Annual General Meeting, and appointed Central Depository Services (India) Limited (“CDSL”) as the e-voting agency for the meeting. The company has fixed Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the record date for the 19th Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
